Overview

The Senior Business Systems Analyst IT is responsible for collaborating with business partners to identify and solve business problems through technology solutions and process improvements.

• Collaborate with business partners to identify business problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or IT-related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in system analysis and configuration.
• Experience with project management.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and programming.
• Time management and organization skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Python).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with a bias for action.
