This role involves joining the Medline Acute Care sales team as a Sales Representative focusing on laboratory products, engaging with various hospital departments to drive sales growth and establish strong customer relationships.

In Short

  • Sell laboratory consumables and capital equipment.
  • Drive sales growth across all lab product categories.
  • Make sales presentations and manage customer relationships.
  • Achieve established sales growth goals.
  • Conduct heavy cold calling and prospecting for new accounts.
  • Work independently and manage your territory effectively.
  • Utilize computer skills, especially in MS Office applications.
  • Travel frequently to interact with healthcare providers on site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of quota-based sales experience or 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment track record.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Stable work history and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in laboratory consumables and capital equipment preferred.
  • Ability to drive and travel 90% of the day.
