Overview

Mediafly is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our remote team, focusing on building and improving our revenue enablement platform.

In Short

Design and deliver fullstack web application features using React/TypeScript, Java, Spring, and AWS.
Improve build tooling, CI/CD processes, and automated tests.
Lead the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from technical discovery to execution.
Ensure solutions are observable, testable, secure, and maintainable.
Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX designers.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
Evolve architecture to meet scaling and performance needs.

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years as a Software Engineer.
At least 3 years building and scaling SaaS products.
Fluency in fullstack development, particularly with Java, C#, Spring, and React.
Experience maintaining and improving legacy systems.
Ability to architect scalable, distributed systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
