Associate CRM Clinical Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Associate CRM Clinical Specialist will support the sales and customer service objectives of Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management division by providing technical, educational, operational, and sales support.

In Short

• Provide technical support for CRM medical devices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience or Associate degree with 2 years of experience.
• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or field sales.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry.
• IBHRE certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
• Ability to meet physical job requirements.
