Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to join our Mainframe Engineering team as a Senior Mainframe Strategy Advisor. This role will support the organization by leading special projects, advising senior leadership on strategic direction, and contributing to the long-term success of our mainframe initiatives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technology, with a strong background in mainframe systems and enterprise IT environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of influential leadership and strategic advisory roles.
• Deep technical expertise in mainframe technologies and infrastructure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Former/retired senior Cigna Group Mainframe Engineering team member with extensive experience in Strategic Mainframe Engineering.
