Overview

This position plays a dual role in supporting the growth and integrity of the Evernorth Behavioral Health Network, involving recruiting and onboarding qualified behavioral health providers.

In Short

• Identify and recruit qualified behavioral health providers.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a medical office or healthcare-related field.
• Strong phone and communication skills.
• Self-directed with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in negotiating contracts.
• Understanding of contract language and financial acumen.
