The Provider Relations Associate Analyst contributes to the Dental Provider Relations job family, supporting and maintaining positive relationships with healthcare professionals within the network while providing high-quality service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Prior call center experience is desired.
• Basic healthcare terminology knowledge is a plus.
