Overview

The Intake Care Representative is responsible for providing support to international organizations by managing Guarantees of Payments, communicating with medical providers, and ensuring efficient customer service in multiple languages.

• Serve as a member of the Integrated Health Team for international organizations.
• Analyze requests for medical treatments and hospitalizations.
• Verify patient coverage and provider relationships.
• Communicate with hospitals and clients primarily through phone and email.

• Flexible night shift with potential weekend work.
• Fluency in English and other languages (French, Portuguese, Spanish, German) is required.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and at least one other language (French, Portuguese, Spanish, German).
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends on a rotational basis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
