As a Bilingual Legal Intake Representative, you’ll offer calm, compassionate support while gathering essential information that helps our legal team take swift, informed action. You’ll play a key part in making people feel heard and cared for.

In Short

• Monthly Compensation: 1150 USD to 1220 USD
• Answer incoming calls from potential personal injury clients during the weekend
• Provide empathetic, professional, and clear communication at all times
• Collect and document key intake details
• Escalate emergency situations to the supervising attorney immediately
• Forward intake details via email for next-day follow-up
• Communicate via email using the supervising attorney’s account
• Maintain professionalism and compassion when handling sensitive inquiries

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in an Intake Coordinator role
• Proven experience in legal intake, call center, or client service roles
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to follow a clear intake script and document responses accurately
• Familiarity with personal injury law is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Your own PC or laptop, a headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection
• A quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work
