Overview

The Health Claims Examiner Coach will support and develop Claims Examiners through coaching and process improvement, ensuring accurate claims processing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Allegiance processes.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft applications.
• 1+ year of coaching or mentoring experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to read and interpret insurance documents.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to motivate and support others.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
