Overview

As an Eligibility Representative - Accredo, you’ll be part of a dedicated team which helps our specialty pharmacy patients coordinate their medication needs and pharmacy insurance coverage for complex medical conditions.

• Help patients get the medication and services they need.
• Answer patient and provider calls effectively.
• Coordinate and ensure services are covered under insurance.
• Interact directly with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer Service experience.
• Healthcare experience with knowledge of medical insurance preferred.
• General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
