Overview

This position supports a resolute team for our clients Evernorth app & Express Scripts Pharmacy inquiries with expanded responsibilities in proactively educating on and recommending a multitude of Evernorth programs and services.

In Short

  • Provide high-level service on inbound member interactions.
  • Assist customers with the Evernorth app and Express Scripts mail order account.
  • Educate members on wellness rewards and vendor offerings.
  • Resolve complex claim issues and provide cost-saving strategies.
  • Investigate and resolve escalations and complaints.
  • Partner with other departments to meet member needs.
  • Take ownership and provide timely follow-up on member interactions.
  • Adapt to frequent adjustments in procedures.
  • Maintain consistent strong KPI scores.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years’ work experience in customer service.
  • 1+ years call experience in US Commercial Pharmacy Call Operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and WebEx.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Medical & Pharmacy benefits.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics.
