Overview

The Client Account Support Analyst is responsible for handling escalated inquiries from clients regarding pharmacy benefits, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.

In Short

  • Handle complex inquiries from clients.
  • Research and resolve issues within performance guidelines.
  • Educate clients on benefit designs.
  • Document inquiries and resolutions in a centralized database.
  • Assist in identifying repetitive issues for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments for issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions.
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate peak call times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in an annual bonus plan.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years in a customer service setting.
  • 2+ years in an ESI contact center environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging customers professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
