Overview

The Client Account Support Senior Analyst is responsible for providing complex service inquiries and support to clients, requiring fluency in English and Native Japanese, including reading, writing, and speaking in Katakana, Kanji, and Hiragana.

In Short

  • Respond to complex service inquiries for Japanese clients.
  • Provide translation services for various client materials.
  • Coordinate with Japanese and Corporate Client Managers.
  • Resolve non-routine problems ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain Japanese language materials.
  • Facilitate WebEx and Webinar meetings.
  • Deliver reports directly to clients and brokers.
  • Assist with compliance training and assessments.
  • Support development of new policies and procedures.
  • Participate in an annual bonus plan.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Native Japanese.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 12 months of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Knowledge of Cigna Global products and processes.
  • Excellent communication and data presentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Background in marketing, account management, or sales.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work.
