Overview

As a Client Support Analyst, your main goal is to help customers understand our products and services while addressing their concerns, complaints, or issues they may encounter. We are looking for an innovative, self-driven, and energetic individual who wants to pursue a career that is both challenging and rewarding!

In Short

  • Respond to end-user emails for a variety of requests (billing, application/signature, site navigation, feature service, and technical support/troubleshooting, etc.).
  • Investigate site issues and gather necessary information to report site bugs.
  • Forward issues to the appropriate channels and queues.
  • Collaborate with the risk team to identify risk areas and mitigate chargeback cases.
  • Identify and analyze patterns and trends to improve processes, site/product, etc.
  • Content moderation: review reported content for quality and compliance.
  • Evaluate creator requests while adhering to internal procedures.
  • Review and approve official documents.
  • Other tasks related to site updates, customer follow-up, and general administration as needed.

Requirements

  • Impeccable communication skills (customer base primarily speaks English).
  • Comfortable with technology; ability to easily navigate and understand new systems and platforms.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving are among your strengths.
  • Understanding the importance of attention to detail and doing things right the first time.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends.
