Overview

This role focuses on engineering, optimizing, and operationalizing processes to support the activation and ongoing performance of emerging solutions in local markets.

In Short

• Analyze current-state workflows and identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Develop future-state process designs for various initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare, operations, engineering, or process improvement.
• Six-Sigma Greenbelt training/certification preferred.
• Strong process engineering and project management skills.
• Ability to deliver sustainable process improvements.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
