Overview

The Americas Clinical Operations Site Lead is responsible for the direct management and performance of doctors, nurses, dentists and pharmacists in a designated region, focusing on clinical delivery, staff coordination, and global process execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in clinical operations.
• Strong experience in team management and coordination.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language preferred.
