Overview

The Adoption Intelligence Strategist Advisor is a senior-level role focused on designing performance insight methodologies and influencing adoption through data-driven storytelling within the Adoption Outcomes & Insights team.

In Short

• Design and execute strategic analysis methods for business processes.
• Lead the interpretation of insights during simulations and validations.
• Drive continuous improvement in the Adoption Intelligence framework.
• Coordinate issues for Adoption Issue Management.
• Ensure timely delivery of reporting and automation needs.
• Develop project-specific validation strategies based on expected outcomes.
• Conduct independent data outcome analysis.
• Support the business in bridging technology and process gaps.
• Manage risks to adoption based on data analysis.
• Collaborate effectively within diverse teams.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 8+ years of experience in data insights and analysis.
• 7+ years focused on business process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Medicare and/or Commercial Network data preferred.
• Strong presentation skills for data analysis results.
• Experience in CPF or HCPM is desired.
