Overview

The Senior Development Support Engineer will serve as the primary escalation point for internal IT support teams, diagnosing and resolving complex issues across clinical applications in a cloud-native environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in support, development, or DevOps roles.
• Experience with GitHub, ArgoCD, and AWS services.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Strong systems engineering background in Linux administration.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash.
• Experience with observability and operational tooling.
• Preferred background in Radiology IT systems.
• Strong customer service focus.
