Workday Support Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Workday Support Analyst is responsible for optimizing and supporting the Workday HCM environment as part of the People Operations team.

In Short

• Support day-to-day Workday HCM requests.
• Troubleshoot configuration and business process issues.
• Assist with testing and documentation of Workday changes.
• Maintain data integrity through audits and analysis.
• Create and maintain job aids and training materials.
• Support training for HR Analysts on new processes.
• Stay current on Workday releases.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Workday HCM administration experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
• Experience designing and configuring Workday modules.
• Knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework.
• Strong communication skills.
• Workday HCM certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
