Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Workday Financials ERP to join our team at Arch. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing and maintaining our financial systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Produce detailed requirements documents and support implementation of enhancements.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Act as a Project Manager for ERP enhancement implementation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies for timely delivery of enhancements.
• Support testing and analysis activities for Workday releases.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Up to 30% travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of Workday Financials modules.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Expertise in project management and business analysis tools.
• Working knowledge of core insurance financial concepts preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
