Senior Business Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Business Data Analyst will manage ongoing and time-sensitive Product Operations support for product functions in the ECS Direct-to-Consumer portfolio, using data to identify customer feedback trends and opportunities for process improvements.

In Short

• Oversee daily operations of customer escalations related to products.
• Lead research and management of customer escalations.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for ECS product features.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve customer escalations.
• Conduct data analysis to surface customer feedback analytics.
• Define the Product Operations roadmap and process improvements.
• Facilitate project management for sensitive issue handling.
• Scale product knowledge across the organization.
• Report to the Director of Product Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in product operations or similar roles.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, Python, and data tables.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Familiarity with Serverless Computing systems.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Ability to summarize data from multiple sources.
• Experience building partnerships with Product and Technology teams.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
• Strong presentation skills for analyses and business cases.
