As our Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping both the frontend and backend of our product. You will have the unique opportunity to design, build, and scale a product from the ground up, influencing everything from architecture decisions to the overall user experience.

In Short

Architect and develop scalable, maintainable, and secure frontend and backend systems.
Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
Build responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
Work closely with other engineers and product managers for seamless integration.
Continuously monitor and improve application performance and security.
Define and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Quickly prototype and iterate on new features based on user feedback.
Mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Typescript, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
Strong experience with backend development and RESTful API design.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
