Maximus is looking for a B2C Sales Representative to connect with customers, understand their unique needs, and recommend solutions to enable our tribe to become the most competitive, capable versions of themselves.

In Short

  • Conduct discovery calls with prospective customers to understand their health goals.
  • Discuss benefits of testosterone optimization and general health improvements.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers to craft personalized recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through diligent follow-ups.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in TRT therapies and fitness science.
  • Shadow senior sales reps and complete product training.
  • Speak with customers to learn about their health challenges.
  • Achieve a 70% or higher close rate on qualified leads.
  • Demonstrate high conscientiousness and resourcefulness.
  • Passion for men’s health and development.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in fitness, physiology, and men’s health.
  • Ability to build trust with clients.
  • Experience in consultative sales.
