Overview

The Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer will establish and lead the QA strategy for Maximus, a mission-driven consumer health company. This role involves building and managing a QA team while ensuring the quality and reliability of the telemedicine platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Ruby/Rails and React testing frameworks.
• Background in healthcare technology or HIPAA-compliant systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of API testing.
• Proven track record of building and scaling QA processes.
• Experience with performance testing and monitoring tools.
• Excellence in written communication and documentation.
• Background in agile methodologies.
