Overview

The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical roles, including physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in clinical or healthcare roles.
• Familiarity with clinical licensing and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• High degree of discretion in handling confidential information.
