Head / Vice President of Finance - Remote

Maximus is seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and be a key architect of our future growth.

• Lead financial operations and strategy for a high-growth telehealth company.
• Develop and execute mission-aligned financial strategies.
• Oversee budget planning and cash flow management.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience in telehealth, ecommerce, SaaS, or D2C.
• Proven track record of scaling companies to $100M+.
• Expertise in PC/MSO operations.
• Hands-on experience in GAAP and cash environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred; MBA is a plus.
• Ability to drive margin improvement and capital planning.
• Versatile in strategic and tactical execution.
