An exciting opportunity to join Maverick Payments as an Underwriting QA Specialist, responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality assurance processes in the payments industry.

In Short

• Monitor QA processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in merchant account approvals.
• Analyze approval inaccuracies and escalate complex cases.
• Act as a subject matter expert in underwriting.
• Advise on policy enhancements for quality assurance.
• Complete management-assigned projects.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in payment processing.
• 2 years of data entry experience.
• 1 year of underwriting experience in the payments industry.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or similar preferred.
• Experience with TSYS, PPM, and FDR is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Merchant Pricing is a plus.
• On-site work at Calabasas location, remote schedule considered based on location.
