The Risk and Underwriting Specialist is a vital member of Entrata’s Merchant Services Department specializing in the underwriting, boarding, and monitoring of merchant accounts along with the processing of daily bank files.

In Short

• Monitor and confirm bank files daily
• Underwrites merchant account applications according to company credit policy
• Process and manage various requests related to merchant accounts
• Manage merchant account settings
• Perform quality assurance audits
• Board and monitor merchants
• Respond to emails concerning merchant accounts
