Requirements

• 4+ years in QA, support enablement, or training.
• Proven ability to design and implement systems for operational challenges.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT and Scribe AI.
• High data fluency with tools like Zendesk and Looker.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare or healthtech environments is a plus.
