In Short

• Lead the strategic execution of clinical quality programs and provider engagement initiatives.
• Drive the design and implementation of clinical quality programs.
• Manage performance and ensure provider engagement across the network.
• Develop a centralized repository for provider-facing clinical materials.
• Co-develop provider performance management frameworks.
• Leverage dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Build consensus across clinical leadership and operations.
• Champion provider network voice within the organization.
• 5-7 years of experience in clinical quality management or healthcare operations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills required.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in clinical quality management, healthcare operations, or provider relations.
• Experience in project management within a healthcare environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
