Senior Product Marketing Manager, Maternity - Remote

Overview

Maven is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Maternity who will be at the forefront of shaping how our products resonate with our customers and the market. Reporting into the Director of Product Marketing, you will own the end-to-end strategy for messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution for our flagship Maternity product in the B2B market (employers and health plans). This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success.

In Short

• Develop clear, memorable, and differentiated product messaging for Maven’s Maternity product.
• Create original storytelling that builds urgency in the maternal healthcare category.
• Define market segments and personas, develop value propositions.
• Create sales materials to enable the Sales team.
• Train Sales and Customer Success teams on product positioning.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales for go-to-market planning.
• Collaborate with Clinical & Research teams to demonstrate clinical programming outcomes.
• Gather feedback on positioning from Sales.
• Develop case studies and success stories with Customer Success.
• Analyze and report on market trends and competitive movements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related roles.
• B2B go-to-market experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Creative storytelling skills.
• Ability to learn new material and understand data.
• Commercial mindset and high energy to win new business.
• Preferred experience in healthcare.
• Must be located in New York City, DC, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, or Seattle.
