• Define Product and Attribute Strategies
• Establish the framework for product and attribute structure
• Implement CSI divisional structure into categories
• Define critical attributes for architectural materials
• Develop guidelines for attribute definitions and metrics
• Research competitor platforms
• Oversee organization and enrichment of product data
• Collaborate with product and design teams for user experience
• Work with engineering and brand teams for strategy implementation
• Research trends in architectural materials and sustainability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or data analysis
• Experience in architecture or design is a plus
• Expertise in managing technical attributes for materials
• Proficiency in data management tools
• Familiarity with modern software systems
• Ability to balance user needs and business priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Business, or related field preferred
