In Short

• Lead delivery of fare payment projects in a SaaS environment.
• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as the primary contact for transit agencies and partners.
• Align business and technical priorities among stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on delivery governance and best practices.
• Support Agile delivery in collaboration with Scrum Masters.
• Identify and mitigate risks across programs.
• Report project status and milestones to leadership.
• Support contract execution and vendor coordination.
• Contribute to bids and proposals for new opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in delivering B2B SaaS solutions in complex environments.
• Leadership experience in multi-vendor projects.
• Skilled in Agile delivery; SAFe experience is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Adept at navigating ambiguity and building relationships.
• Experience in transformation and change management.
