Requirements

• Must be a licensed therapist (LICSW/ LCSW/ LMFT/ LMHC/PsyD) in CA/PA/MA or CT.
• At least two years of clinical experience treating individuals/couples.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals or first-responders.
• Desire to learn and share experience among a diverse team.
• Open to learning new skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity to diverse communication styles.
• Experience with telemedicine-based tools.
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapies.
• Experience with clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments.
