Rivia Mind is a tele-behavioral Mental Health and Well-being Practice based in NYC, with services across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida. We are an interdisciplinary group of psychiatry and psychology providers, supportive operational staff and contributors who focus on delivering accessible, reliable, and quality evidence-based holistic treatment. We primarily see adult patients and deliver diverse services, including psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and specialty offerings. In Short

• Provide clinical social work services and psychotherapy to patients through a primarily telehealth environment.
• Utilize expertise in Psychotherapy modalities (i.e. CBT, MI, DBT, etc.) to provide quality care.
• Hybrid position - Remote Monday-Wednesday and on-site Thursdays and Fridays.
• Collaborative multi-disciplinary team of Psychotherapists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Psychiatrists.
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Service and maintain a weekly average standard of 31 patients.
• Participate in supervision groups, trainings, and meetings.
• Promote a friendly work culture that encourages collaboration and self-improvement.
• Master's degree in Counseling or related accredited program required.
• LMHC – New York State License to Practice Mental Health Counseling required.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience practicing Psychotherapy.
• Experience working with Patients in an Outpatient setting.
• Proficient with utilizing diverse technology platforms and systems.
• Confidently document concurrently within patient sessions.
• Life Skills Support/Coaching experience.
• Crisis Management skills.
• Intake Evaluation, DSM Diagnosis and Formation of Treatment Plans experience.
• Behavioral Therapy Management experience.
• Stress Management skills.
• Multi-Disciplinary Teamwork experience.
