Psychotherapist - Remote

Overview

Your role as a Psychotherapist involves empowering patients to discuss their mental health openly and creating a judgment-free environment.

In Short

• Conduct video consultations with clients presenting mental health-related symptoms.
• Follow up with clients to ensure progress in their care path.
• Participate in clinical meetings with other healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to the improvement of mental health programs and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with Case Managers for administrative tasks.
• Ensure patient safety in your member-facing role.

Requirements

• Comfortable providing consultations in French.
• A valid and active permit to practice psychotherapy in Quebec or another Canadian province.
• Appropriate malpractice insurance.
• 3+ years of experience as a psychotherapist.
• Availability to work a minimum of 8 hours (up to 21 hours) per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience or openness towards telemedicine and learning new tools.
• A patient-focused approach and affinity for short-term therapy.
• Desire to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
