Overview

The Virtual Sales Executive is responsible for delivering sales presentations to prospective First Time Buyers using screen-sharing technology, developing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver marketing generated sales presentations remotely.
  • Convert prospective First Time Buyers into purchasers.
  • Develop relationships through referrals and leads.

  • Complete and process sales contracts accurately.

  • Work remotely from home and possibly on weekends/holidays.
  • Utilize Microsoft programs for sales processes.
  • Adhere to the Consultative Sales Process during presentations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Private office space for work.
  • Proficiency in English and computer skills.
  • Active professional Real Estate License where required.
  • Two years plus face-to-face timeshare sales experience preferred.
  • Willingness to work remotely and flexible hours.
