Overview

As a Virtual Sales Executive Trainee, you will assist in providing Owners and guests with memorable vacation experiences in a supportive and friendly environment.

In Short

  • Conduct virtual tours for potential owners.
  • Answer questions regarding properties and amenities.
  • Follow up on referrals and leads from Owners.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and promote upcoming offers.
  • Maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must hold an active Hawaii Real Estate License where required.
  • Interact professionally with colleagues and guests.
  • Participate in team meetings and daily huddles.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Available to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks as required.
  • Maintain a professional real estate license.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Background check may be required.
  • Must be able to lift items up to 10 lbs.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
