Overview

As a Virtual Sales Executive, you will assist in providing vacation experiences and events to Owners and guests, helping to create memorable vacation memories in a supportive work environment.

In Short

  • Conduct virtual tours for potential owners.
  • Answer Owner questions regarding properties and amenities.
  • Follow up on referrals and leads from Owners.
  • Develop and maintain records on customer contacts.
  • Monitor Owner satisfaction and promote upcoming promotions.
  • Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Maintain a professional Hawaii Real Estate License.
  • Interact professionally with colleagues and guests.
  • Attend daily team meetings and huddles.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Available to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting.
  • Maintain an active Hawaii Real Estate License.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Proficient in using virtual communication tools.
  • Background and drug screening may be required.

  • Ability to build trust and confidence with customers.
