As a Staff Software Engineer on the Infrastructure engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the strategic direction of our fintech solutions' foundation. With your extensive experience and technical leadership, you'll be expected to drive innovation, scalability, and reliability within our cloud-based infrastructure, while mentoring and guiding junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 8 years of relevant experience.
• Mastery of programming languages and scripting for automation, focusing on Python, Ruby, or Go.
• Extensive experience with AWS services.
• Deep expertise in containerization technologies and infrastructure as code.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Significant leadership experience in mentoring junior engineers.
• Experience in designing and implementing advanced software delivery pipelines.
