Overview

Mark43 is hiring a Manager of Sales Development to lead and scale our Sales Development function supporting the State, Local, and Education (SLED) market. In this role, you will manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for inbound and outbound pipeline generation across public sector accounts.

In Short

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation.
  • Carry an individual pipeline quota.
  • Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Salesloft for reporting.
  • Ensure data quality and optimize processes.
  • Support public sector sales efforts.
  • Foster a team environment focused on growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development.
  • Proven track record of leading SDR teams.
  • Experience with pipeline or revenue quotas.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to use data for performance management.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Interest in public sector markets.
