Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive our MariaDB Enterprise Tools, Kubernetes Operator, and Cloud Managed Service offerings. This role is at the forefront of our database and enterprise integration technology, focusing on enabling organizations to efficiently manage, monitor, and optimize their MariaDB deployments.

In Short

• Drive product strategy and roadmap development for Enterprise Tools, Kubernetes Operator, and Cloud Managed Service.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and specifications.
• Analyze customer usage patterns to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
• Work closely with support and services teams to understand deployment challenges.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of database technologies and cloud-native architectures.
• Define and track key performance metrics for product adoption.
• Identify integration opportunities across MariaDB products and third-party tools.
• Partner with marketing to develop positioning and messaging.
• Create technical content and documentation for product launches.
• Engage with the database and cloud communities through conferences and forums.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of product management experience in enterprise software or cloud technologies.
• Strong technical background with understanding of database systems.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and SQL functionalities.
• Proven track record of successful product launches.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication abilities for technical and business audiences.
• English Fluency (Verbal & written).
