As a KCS Enablement Consultant at MariaDB, you will champion Knowledge-Centered Service practices across the organization, enabling teams to capture and share knowledge effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical support enablement or knowledge management.
• Strong knowledge of KCS v6 methodology.
• Exposure to open-source databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with knowledge management platforms.
• Proven ability to deliver training to technical teams.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
