Senior Manager, Technical Accounting - Remote

Overview

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting to lead a team in development and implementation of technical accounting policies, provide guidance on complex transactions, and support key financial initiatives. This leadership role is critical in ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, driving policy improvements, and partnering with internal stakeholders on financial reporting matters.

Requirements

• CPA with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP and ASC 606.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
• A self-starter who excels in fast-paced environments.
