Working Student in Software Engineering (Data Backend) - Remote

Overview

This is a Werkstudent position for students enrolled at a German university. As a Software Engineering Working Student in Data Backend Development at MAPEGY, you will assist in the development and maintenance of data-driven backend systems.

• Support the team in implementing and maintaining backend systems.
• Participate in the development of server-side logic and database solutions.

• Programming experience, especially with PostgreSQL and Python.

• Flexible working hours and fully remote work option.

Requirements

• Prior experience or coursework in backend development, databases, or data structures (nice-to-have).
• Experience with Docker (nice-to-have).
• Experience with pglast, FastAPI, or Pydantic (nice-to-have).

Benefits

• 10–20 hours per week.
