In Short

• Develop secure identity and access management solutions for Mapbox customers.
• Drive anti fraud & abuse initiatives.
• Contribute to and improve the IAM ecosystem and token security.
• Spearhead new feature development for account management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand authentication needs.
• Design systems that keep pace with Mapbox's growth.
• Promote operational excellence through testing and monitoring.
• Document processes and lead discussions effectively.
• Uphold a culture of collaboration and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience in identity and authorization technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with software security and big data.
• Metrics and impact-driven mindset.
• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills.
• Team player who collaborates well with diverse individuals.
• Familiarity with Web Services, Microservices, and Databases.
• Experience with Node.js, React, SQL, NoSQL, Docker, and AWS is a plus.
