Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding new customers, expanding existing accounts, and improving internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

In Short

  • Conduct onboarding calls and train customers to use the product.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives to identify potential issues.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate from Free Trial to subscribed customer.
  • Proactively reach out to existing accounts to ensure their success.
  • Facilitate training sessions and create educational materials.
  • Document customer feedback and share it with the team.
  • Create templates for customer engagement.
  • Improve internal processes to better serve customers.
  • Take on additional projects that contribute to team goals.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS startup.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Passion for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with SaaS technologies like Slack and Salesforce.
  • Preferred experience in accounting or finance.
