Specializes in our branch customer experience through sales, service and digital engagement of our Consumer and Business Banking customers.

In Short

• Supports daily operations of the branch as a Teller.
• Educates customers on Consumer and Business Banking solutions.
• Engages customers to provide solutions and support digital capabilities.
• Completes servicing-related responsibilities specific to customer relationships.
• Proactively reaches out to customers to enhance relationships.
• Adheres to customer service standards.
• Identifies and escalates cases of suspected fraud.
• Completes operational activities required by the branch.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations.
• Well-organized with proven time management skills.
• Ability to work under critical time constraints.
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology.
• Bilingual based on branch needs preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects weighing 5 lbs. to 30 lbs.
• Ability to interact with customers in a face-to-face environment.
