The Universal Banker specializes in enhancing the branch customer experience through effective sales, service, and digital engagement for both Consumer and Business Banking customers.

• Educate customers on banking solutions and recommend services based on their needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations effectively.
• Well-organized with proven time management skills.
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology.
• Bilingual skills preferred based on branch needs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
